三步背诵法
1. 先只读英文，靠上下文猜黄标词的意思，不要查词典。点单词能听发音。
2. 再对照中文，把猜错的词在单词表里做个记号。
3. 最后做挖空版，键盘输入答案，能对 17 个以上就算过关。
Lena was reluctant to take the crowded train that morning, but she had no choice. She clung to the cold rail by the door and watched the rain drift across the pavement, turning the shops into faint shapes behind a curtain of water.
那天早上，莉娜不愿去挤那趟拥挤的列车，但她别无选择。她抓着门边冰冷的扶手，看着雨水漫过人行道，把街边的店铺变成水帘后模糊的轮廓。
She glanced at the man beside her. He seemed eager to get off; he kept shifting his weight. When the train stopped, he stepped hard on her foot and did not apologize. Instead, he whispered something that sounded like nonsense and pushed past her.
她瞥了一眼身旁的男人。他一副急着下车的样子，不停地换脚站着。车一停，他重重踩了她的脚，却没有道歉。他反而低声说了句像是胡话的东西，然后挤了过去。
Lena felt her hands tremble. It was an awkward moment — everyone was watching. She hesitated, then said in a genuine voice, “Excuse me. You forgot your bag.”
莉娜感到双手在发抖。那是个尴尬的时刻——所有人都在看。她犹豫了一下，然后用真诚的语气说：“不好意思，你的包忘了。”
The man turned. His anger seemed to drift away, replaced by relief. “Thank you,” he said. “And I’m sorry about your foot. I was carrying a heavy burden this morning.”
男人转过身。他的怒气似乎渐渐散去，取而代之的是如释重负。“谢谢，”他说，“还有，对不起踩了你的脚。今天早上我心里压着件沉重的事。”
She smiled. “We all are.”
她笑了笑：“我们都一样。”
Outside, the rain had stopped. The vivid green of the trees looked almost new. Lena still had a spare ten minutes before work, so she bought two coffees and handed him one.
